Please keep in mind that the flu clinic schedule operates outside of the physician schedule, and work-in office visits during your flu shot will be possible ONLY if you have arranged this with the office prior to your appointed flu vaccine time.

It is not uncommon for the flu nurse to be able to accommodate your scheduling needs in the event that our schedule is full. Please leave us a message with your scheduling requests if necessary.  As always, please feel free to call the office for more details.

To expedite the process and stay safe we are asking that everyone attending flu clinic:

Have flu forms completely filled out prior to appointment. These forms can be found on our website for you to print at home. We will have child and parent forms available. We are unable to print these forms in the office.

Send updated insurance information via fax 843-884-3690 or email to Billing@mountpleasantpediatrics.com. Please include policy holder name and DOB, children(s) names and DOB who are covered.

If you are a new patient to our practice and have never been seen, please call the office to schedule your flu shot with your provider

Check your child’s temperature and make sure they do not have a fever before coming to your appointment. 

Please come to your appointment at the scheduled time. We are asking you to remain outside or stay in your vehicles until it is your scheduled appointment time.
