Effective January 1, 2021, Mount Pleasant Pediatrics will no longer be authorized to provide immunizations for patients who participate int eh SC State Vaccine Program.
This will mainly affect insured children in our practice whose insurance policy does not cover vaccines or has a cap on vaccine coverage.
Our office has no way of knowing this information prior to your child's office visit. We don't want to surprise you with a bill covering vaccine costs, so please educate yourself around this particular issue if your child is in need of vaccines in our office.
